April 2026 Census Press Conference with Council Speaker Julie Menin

MinKwon Center for Community Action, the convener of APA VOICE was invited to NYC Council Speaker Julie Menin’s press conference on National Census Day, April 1st, 2026, four years before the 2030 Census will be released. Yoon Ji Kim, MinKwon’s Interim Executive Director and Liz OuYang, Senior Advisor to APA VOICE on the 2030 Census attended, and OuYang spoke on behalf of APA VOICE on the importance of beginning NOW to educate our communities on the importance of the Census.
